Trying to ... LOSE WEIGHT? GAIN MUSCLE? JUST EAT HEALTHY?

We are flooded with so much information that is causing so much stress and overwhelm. Am I right?


We all know we should be eating the right portions but what is that exactly?


I can assure you it doesn't have to be complicated ... All you need is your hand ...



If you ask me, I personally HATE counting calories. It is a recipe for failure / disaster. It is not great for my mental health. I have had eating disorders and can easily spiral into disordered eating habits.


- counting calories

- counting macros

- entering numbers into an app tracker

- numbers on the scale.


Anything to do with numbers seriously EFFs with my head.


We need to track (somewhat) but there is a level that can become so obsessive and if I don't do it just right I beat myself up, etc. etc., and quit it all!!!! Not a great place to be


I understand this and know this about myself and that is why this method of tracking (1 of 2 that work for me) is a simplistic way of tracking your portions using a part of our body (our individual body)
