As you probably know, countless studies have found a direct link between your fitness level and your overall confidence and happiness.
As a mature woman of 53 years, I have personally struggled with physical fitness, nutrition and healthy habits most of my life. I know how challenging it can be to make a change and sustain it.
Let me ask you. Where do you go for information on health and fitness? The internet of course! There is a ton of free content everywhere! And while the internet can be a great source of information how do you decipher between what is scientifically true and what is a fad / gimmick? If you are anything like me you want to consume all the information before making a change. Then comes information overload, which leads to overwhelm and then ultimately quitting before even getting started. Or worse yet, doing something that leads to injury. Yes it is all very confusing!
Truth be told not everything on the internet is true. Not one diet / method works for every body. You are you and very unique. With that said, instead of prescribing a quick fix and/or using a "one size fits all" approach to health and fitness, I will design a unique plan that is custom-tailored to fit your exact goals and needs. I will help you stay on track and keep you accountable.
