Setting your intention ...


To reach your goals you must have a plan and then build in new habits, practice  to structure your life around.   


Just decide what you want and who you want to be this month.    80% of Resolutioners' have quit by the end of January and early February.   



What I’m asking of you is to just decide.  Who are you going to be today — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually?  Use whatever resistance that you may encounter throughout the day as an opportunity for growth to continue to develop the greatest version of you.  Everything is a lesson.
